Data Center Youngbloods is a nonprofit community initiative founded to close the workforce gap in one of the fastest growing industries in the world: digital infrastructure.
Our mission is to empower young professionals through access to career paths in the data center sector—a field that supports everything from artificial intelligence to global cloud platforms and digital communications.
Despite its explosive growth and critical importance, the sector suffers from a shortage of young entrants, a lack of public awareness, and a disconnected educational-to-career pipeline.
